This Austin residence leans into a sleek architectural language, softened by rustic stone edges and layered materiality. Knife-edge countertops, smoked mirrors, and handleless appliances create a seamless, uninterrupted flow—where every detail is intentional and quietly elevated.

Innovation is embedded throughout: a voice-command kitchen faucet, integrated gas pit burners carved directly into stone, and a powder room with wave-technology flushing. In the primary suite, a tinted glass tub becomes both sculpture and sanctuary.

From the vapour fire feature to the rooftop terrace—accessed by a discreet dumbwaiter—and the poolside BBQ setting, the home balances high-performance living with a refined, sensory experience.
