Luxury Decor Sourcing Services in Toronto, ON

Procurement is the business side of luxury interior design. Once a design is approved, dozens or even hundreds of items must be specified, ordered, tracked and delivered on schedule. A single luxury home can involve many vendors, international shipments, customs and custom lead times of 12 to 20 weeks.

A professional procurement team turns that complexity into one seamless process, so you see a finished, styled space instead of boxes and backorders.

• Sourcing from trade showrooms, artisans and international makers
• Trade pricing and consolidated purchasing
• Detailed specifications, finishes and quantities for every item
• Order tracking, vendor follow-up and lead-time management
• Freight, customs coordination, receiving and damage inspection
• Secure storage until installation day
• White-glove delivery, assembly, art hanging and final styling
• Integration of bespoke furniture and pieces from Wolfe Editions

Buying luxury furniture alone often means retail pricing, scattered deliveries and costly mistakes. With 20+ years in practice and 2,000+ interiors realized, Wolfe knows which vendors deliver, which materials perform and how to time deliveries around construction and Canadian winters.

The result is:

• Fewer delays and no surprise costs
• Protected investments with inspected, insured deliveries
• A cohesive look where every piece matches the approved design
• More time for you, with one point of contact

Procurement scales from a single room to a full estate in Rosedale or Forest Hill, and to complete furniture, fixtures and equipment packages for spas, restaurants and offices. It is a core part of our luxury residential design and commercial and hospitality interior design services.

Many projects feature our own limited edition collection, including marble dining tables, hand-blown glass lighting, wall sculpture and marble serveware. Because we design them, we can manage finishes, sizing and delivery directly.

Every property type has its own logistics. Toronto condominiums require booked service elevators, loading dock times and board-approved movers. Large estates in the Bridle Path or Kleinburg need careful sequencing across multiple rooms and trades, while Muskoka cottages often require seasonal road access and coordinated boat or barge delivery. We plan each delivery around these realities, so installation day runs smoothly.

We manage procurement for clients in Toronto, Yorkville, Rosedale, Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, the Bridle Path, Kleinburg, Vaughan, King City, Oakville, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill and Muskoka. Clients outside the GTA can combine procurement with online interior design.
